OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge Presents: “Honda Yamaha of Redlands – YZ450F Contest” All contests are open to U.S. residents over 21 years of age, except employees and the immediate families of 103.9 KCXX FM, All Pro Broadcasting, Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge, Honda Yamaha of Redlands and all other broadcasting companies doing business in Riverside and/or San Bernardino counties and all of their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, participating manufacturers and advertising agencies. The determination of eligibility lies solely and exclusively with Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. To participate, visit Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge in Redlands, CA. and register to win. One entry for the “Honda Yamaha of Redlands – YZ450F Contest” will be given with each paid “Cover Charge” entry to Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge. Alternatively, visit the Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge front counter and ask for an entry slip; one entry per person per day will be allowed. The contest runs from 4/1/13 through 6/25/13. On June 25, 2013, Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge will randomly choose one (1) winner for the Grand Prize “Honda Yamaha of Redlands – YZ450F Contest”. Contestants may enter to win the grand prize as many times as they like by A) Paid “Cover Charge” B) Requesting an entry form at the Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge front counter or C) Bonus entries earned via Trivia Games of Skill played on $2 Tuesday’s, from 9pm-11pm. Winner must be present on 6/25/13 at Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge in Redlands, CA. to win the grand prize “Honda Yamaha of Redlands – YZ450F Contest”. Contestants acknowledge that decisions regarding all issues related to the determination of eligibility of each contestant and/or contest entry lie solely and exclusively with Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge. Generally, only one grand prize will be awarded per contest. The winner will receive the prize within ninety days after grand prize announcement is made. The odds of winning the contest will depend upon the total number of legitimate qualifiers. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all fees or taxes associated with receiving the prize. By participation, entrants agree to these rules. Anyone disputing these rules may be disqualified by Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge. Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge reserves the right to change these rules at any time. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge is final. Winner and other participants consent to the use of their name and/or voice and/or likeness for publicity purposes in connection with the contest without prior approval or compensation by Deja Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge. Winner agrees to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
